Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and potential industries for vending solutions.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our vending machine products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information to potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute successful sales plans.
  • Customized Solutions:
    • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable vending solutions, including machine types, product offerings, and payment methods.
    • Create customized proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance and trends.
  • Customer Education:
    • Educate clients on the operation, maintenance, and benefits of our vending machines.
    • Provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate vending solutions for their specific needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
