Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking events.
- Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and potential industries for vending solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
- Develop a deep understanding of our vending machine products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information to potential customers.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute successful sales plans.
- Customized Solutions:
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable vending solutions, including machine types, product offerings, and payment methods.
- Create customized proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and trends.
- Customer Education:
- Educate clients on the operation, maintenance, and benefits of our vending machines.
- Provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate vending solutions for their specific needs.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
